SafariAnts provides tools for discovering places, sharing travel-related information and communicating with other users. Features may change, be unavailable, or be removed as the service develops.

You are responsible for providing accurate account information, keeping your sign-in credentials secure and activity carried out through your account. Notify us if you suspect unauthorised access. We may restrict or suspend accounts where reasonably necessary to protect users, the service or compliance with these terms.

You remain responsible for content you submit, including posts, comments, messages, photos, videos, documents and place-page application materials. You must have the rights and permissions needed to upload or share it. By submitting content, you give SafariAnts permission to host, store, reproduce, display and technically process it as needed to operate, secure and present the service and the features you use. This permission is limited to those service-related purposes and does not transfer ownership of your content to SafariAnts.

You must not use SafariAnts to break the law, threaten or harass others, impersonate another person, submit fraudulent claims, infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights, distribute malware, interfere with site security, scrape or overload the service abusively, or post content that is deceptive, unlawful or unrelated in a way that harms the community. Do not upload identity or authority documents unless you are authorised to provide them.

Submitting a request to manage a place page does not automatically grant access or establish that the applicant is authorised. Applications may be reviewed, declined, suspended or revoked. Page management is voluntary and unpaid unless SafariAnts expressly states otherwise in a separate written agreement. Information about places may be incomplete or out of date; verify important details with official operators before travelling or making decisions.

Travel conditions, opening hours, prices, access rules and safety conditions can change. Content posted by users is not necessarily verified or endorsed by SafariAnts. External websites and third-party services are controlled by their respective operators; their content, availability and policies are their responsibility.

The SafariAnts name, branding, website design and service components are protected by applicable rights. You may not copy or exploit them beyond what the law permits or what we expressly authorise. If you believe content on the site infringes your rights, contact us with enough information to identify the material and explain your concern.

We may review, limit, remove or disable content or access when reasonably necessary to enforce these terms, protect users, address legal or security concerns, or maintain the service. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that content will always be preserved.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, SafariAnts is provided on an “as available” basis and we make no guarantee that user-submitted information is accurate, complete or suitable for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, SafariAnts is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website, third-party services or reliance on user-submitted travel information.

Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled. We may update these terms as the service changes; the current version will be published here with its update date.
